Hi. I’m Emily. I’m nineteen years old and live in Canada.
Life on Paper started as a little side project for my spare time in February of 2009.
This was my first post. You could probably tell I was in a bit of a funk at the time. Haha. It sort of just took off from there. I started handwriting different lyrics and thoughts in my head on paper products (staying true to the name of this blog) and used different mediums to decorate the pieces. I got a new typewriter in October of 2009 and that is what I use for the wording on most of my pieces nowadays.
On here you’ll probably find words that flit through my head, sketches/drawings, lyrics, quotations and the like on some form of paper product. Photograph prints might pop up here and there too. I post the occasional song as well. Hah.
Likes: mango gelato, paperclips, off-white paper, fast-drying ink (I’m left-handed and drag my hand across the paper), iced tea, note/sketchbooks, etc.
